Halloween without any doubts is really one of the strangest days of the year. You see a lot people walking around in weird costumes, trick or treating, and/or putting a carved-out pumpkin in their windows. They spend tons of time and money trying to find the scariest Halloween decorations in the world, looking for the craziest Halloween costume ideas and holding wild Halloween parties which scare their neighbours up to death.
But personally I love this day. It’s full of fun, improvisations and surprises. Houses are beautifully decorated with Halloween lights, Halloween crafts amuse you everywhere, Halloween costumes ideas are sometimes too scary sometimes really cute – people fantasy really does not have a limit.

The Halloween decorations seem to get more and more sophisticated nowadays. Today, you’re guaranteed to see much more than a jack-o-lantern or a paper pumpkin cut-out on the front porch!

You can make your own Halloween decorations from haunted tree games to paper bats and tombstones or you can buy Halloween props and decorations in any store that sell party / decoration supplies. So what is used for Halloween outdoor decorations 2014? First of all – of course! – pumpkins. Pumpkins are inherent part of Halloween and some carved-out pumpkins are real art.

You can see some pumpkin images here:

Different lights also will make your place look mysterious and scary or funny. You can create lights yourself if you have fantasy and time or you can choose huge selection of Halloween lights in any Party & Occasions departments of stores like Wallmart, HomeDepot or Lowes. I found some DIY Halloween lights that can inspire to create it on your own.

And finally gallery of the best Halloween projects that made people stop and say: “Wow…”
For a better effect you can place some LED lights or / and a fog machine.

But my vote is given to this house:
